Daniel's journey into entrepreneurship began in 2017 when he co-founded Snappt, inspired by the financial challenges prevalent in the multi-family rental sector during his time managing a property business.

Snappt's innovative software solutions revolutionize apartment rental procedures by enhancing financial security, elevating asset values, and expediting application reviews.

Aside from his role at Snappt, Daniel holds the position of President at Berlind Properties, where he supervises the daily operations and portfolio management.

Before venturing into the real estate and technology realms, Daniel pursued a career in professional baseball, playing for esteemed teams like the Chicago Cubs and the Minnesota Twins following his studies at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
