Danielle Durante

Dani Durante is the Director for Leadership & Training at the Presidential Personnel Office in the White House. She has extensive experience in education-focused nonprofits and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Before joining the Biden administration, Durante worked as the Senior Director of National Operations at OneGoal, a nonprofit dedicated to improving college readiness for low-income students of color. She also held roles at Teach for America, Save the Children, and the Obama Foundation, where she served as People Programs and Operations Manager.123

Durante's career has been marked by her commitment to equitable education and DEI work. She previously served as a Senior Program Manager on the diversity and inclusion team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she is a graduate of the University of New Mexico.23
