Before Assemble, he founded the meetings and events software SaaS company. He led the company from launch to acquisition in 2018, when Blackstone-owned Cvent acquired it for $100 million. At the time of sale, Social Tables had $20M in recurring revenue, 120 employees, and over 6,000 customers.
Beyond his work in hospitality, he's deeply committed to community. In the wake of the October 7 attack on Israel, he founded the Idaho Israel Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting antisemitism in Idaho. He's also been an active member of YPO since 2014. He's also the founder of the Boise-based men's group, Fellas & Firepits.
Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting, served a Member of Congress, and ran a boutique web design agency. He has a BA from CUNY Hunter and an MBA from Georgetown. When he's not helping people find belonging, he spends his time reef keeping, running, and gaming. He lives in Boise with his wife, Jen, and daughter, Sela.
