Dana Popkave

Dana Popkave is a seasoned legal professional with a background in both corporate and law firm settings.

Currently serving as the Vice President & General Counsel at Nanigans, Dana is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the company, covering a broad spectrum including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, HR, and immigration.

Her expertise includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various types of contracts, such as partner agreements, software licensing, facilities agreements, employment contracts, advertising deals, and more.

Dana actively participated in Nanigans' successful fundraising endeavors, culminating in a significant $24 million Series B financing round.

Prior to her current role, Dana honed her legal skills during her five-year tenure as an Associate in the Litigation and Labor and Employment departments at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, a prominent law firm.

Dana Popkave's educational background is impressive, holding a bachelor's degree in International Relations and History, earned summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she also served as an Editor on the Law Review.
