Dana Nelson

Dana Nelson is a design researcher, service designer, and hobbyist illustrator with a passion for bringing simplicity and humanity to the health sector.

With a diverse background in design and a love for research and strategy, Dana excels in the early phases of service design projects, focusing on design research, persona development, collaboration facilitation, and insight articulation.

As a visual storyteller, Dana leverages various mediums such as sketching, illustrating, Keynote, Adobe, and print/web design to bring designs to life.

Dana's educational journey includes studying Ideation and Design at California College of the Arts, with Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Affairs, and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Rochester, ongoing Graphic Design studies at UC Berkeley Extension, and completion of UX Design Immersive at General Assembly.
