Dana Linnet

Dana Linnet is a prominent figure in the fields of technology diplomacy and defense. She currently serves as an Advisory Council Member at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University. In this role, she collaborates with a diverse group of experts from various sectors to provide strategic guidance and advocacy for the Institute's mission, which focuses on the intersection of technology and global diplomacy.23

In addition to her advisory role, Dana is the CEO of The Summit Group DC, where she leverages her extensive experience in defense, aerospace, and emerging technologies. Her background includes significant leadership positions in both government and the private sector. Notably, she was a senior diplomat at the U.S. Department of State, where she worked for over 25 years, engaging with key agencies such as the Pentagon and Congress on defense-related matters.13

Dana holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
