Dana Arabiyat is a 3rd-year MEng Aerospace Engineering student with Private Pilot Instructions at the University of Sheffield, UK.
She currently leads the SunrIde team, which broke the UK's 19-year-old open altitude record at the Spaceport America Cup 2019.
Dana has won awards from NASA for her project 'Laser Shielding Odyssey' and has a remarkable track record of achievements visible in her CV.
She holds a First Class Honours in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus.
Dana has previous intern experience at Jordan Aeronautical-systems Company (JAC) and Seven Circles.
