Dan Zastrow is a Navy veteran turned business leader who has a diverse background in product management, program management, and manufacturing and operations management. With an MBA in finance from the Wharton School and an electrical engineering degree from the US Naval Academy, Dan brings a unique blend of technical and business acumen to his work. He is the managing partner at Fairwater Partners, a company he co-founded with a fellow veteran to acquire and run a $10-$40M revenue business. Prior to that, Dan worked at BD and CareFusion, leading teams across 20 different functions. He is a skilled communicator, an excellent team builder, and strives to balance different constraints in his decision-making processes.
