He co-founded Novi Labs, Inc., a machine learning well planning 'software as a service' provider catering to the Oil & Gas sector, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Wesson played a pivotal role as a founding member of MedServe, a medical waste services company recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Houston, eventually acquired by Stericycle. He led the acquisition strategy that transformed the company from a small startup to a nationwide leader with significant employee and customer growth.

At NetVersant, a company specializing in network infrastructure solutions, Mr. Wesson was actively engaged in the consolidation and acquisition of over 20 firms, playing a key role in integrating employees and managing substantial revenues.

His early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers equipped him with diverse skills in assurance and transaction services, serving a broad spectrum of clients in industries including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

Dan Wesson pursued his education in business administration at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
