Dan has served in various capacities at See Tickets, a leading ticketing service provider. He was previously the Head of Operations & Client Services, where he oversaw and ensured outstanding customer satisfaction. Additionally, Dan held a Client Account Manager(Music & Comedy) position, where he managed clients' accounts with precision and attention to detail. He started as an Assistant Client Account Manager and later on, advanced to become Contact Center Manager, and Director of Client Services, proving his unwavering dedication to his profession.
