Dan Taylor-Watt is an accomplished product leader with over two decades of experience delivering digital products and thought leadership. With a deep understanding of product development and content strategy, Dan has a technical background that allows him to effectively lead software engineering teams. He began his education at Brighton, Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College before earning a BA (Hons) in English and an MA in Film Studies from the University of Southampton.

Dan’s extensive career at BBC has included roles as Director of Product, Head of Product for BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds, and Executive Editor for BBC iPlayer. Prior to his leadership roles, he was a Senior Portfolio Executive and Strategy Manager for the BBC’s internet and vision departments, respectively. Dan also has experience in web development and freelance journalism.
