Dan Ryan is a seasoned professional serving as a partner at PwC, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets. With a strong background in finance and accounting, Dan advises global financial services clients on various strategic matters including business strategy, M&A, governance, risk, and compliance. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in litigation and regulatory issues pertaining to banks, securities firms, and asset managers.
