Dan Johnston is a supportive, strategic, and results-driven leader with a passion for real estate, people, efficiency, change management, financials, and customer affinity. He has an educational background in Health Services Administration and a Dale Carnegie- Full Course Graduate certification. With experience spanning various roles throughout his tenure at UDR - Opening Doors to Your Future, his most recent position as Area Director, Dan has honed his exceptional leadership and customer service abilities.

During his time at UDR, Dan has held numerous roles such as Regional Director in Northern California and training his fellow colleagues to become Property Managers, Sales Managers and Marketing Associates. Additionally, Dan was the District Manager for Orlando and South Florida, where he excelled at sales, marketing, and operations. Before becoming part of UDR's senior management team, he worked as a Sales and Retail Store Manager for NBTY, Inc. at Vitamin World and as a Sales Associate for Frederick's of Hollywood.
