Dispensary Operations

- Formed a business consulting firm to provide business analysis and business plan preparation for medical marijuana business start-ups 
- Assisted with the development and submission of over 100 applications for proposed marijuana business to obtain marijuana business licenses through a competitive application process with the State of Arizona, Department of Health. 
- Managed and provided strategic consulting for the opening of 8 marijuana business start-ups, this included:  
     - Meeting with governing bodies of local municipalities and planning department to ensure zoning compliance for properties 
     - Connecting potential investors to the managing boards to help with raising capital needed 
     - Working with professional services and vendors such as legal counsel, CPA, architect, general contractor and more for the establishment of the business and facility buildout.  
     - Brokering potential partnerships 
     - Developing business strategies and managed marketing and branding that not only meets marijuana compliance but to maximize profitability in this tightly regulated market. 
- Assisted over 40 other clients with business development to include creating business plan, company vision, network design, and company objectives within other industries such as health and wellness.
