Dan Grove

Dan Grove is an accomplished professional in the property management industry, having experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. After completing his high school diploma at Middletown Highschool, Dan pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration/ Accounting at Bridgewater College. He began his career as a Community Manager at Riverstone Residential Group, where he achieved great success in managing multiple properties during his tenure.

Dan Grove's career then took him to companies such as JPI, Greystar, Behringer Harvard Residential, and Monogram Residential Trust, where he served as a Community Director, Senior Community Manager, and General Manager. With his extensive background in operations, Dan steadily climbed the ranks in the industry, gaining more responsibility and recognition along the way.

Currently, Dan is a Regional Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, a real estate company that specializes in developing and managing high-end apartment communities. In this role, he oversees a portfolio of properties and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
