Dan Goldberg is an experienced English Language Arts teacher, who believes that meaningful learning happens when students feel that their teacher is present. He studied at Princeton University, where he obtained his A.B. in English Language and Literature, and at the USC Rossier School of Education, where he obtained his Master of Arts in Teaching for Secondary Education (ELA). Dan has worked at The Willows Community School as a Teacher, previously taught ELA at KIPP Sol Academy, and has a diverse background in music and composition, having previously worked as a Project Manager/ Owner's Representative at Red Tail and as a freelance composer at Selectracks, among other positions. He is an advocate of holistic approaches to academic disciplines, constantly seeking broader connections between his subject matter and relevant areas within other disciplines.
