Dan Gallagher

Dan Gallagher is an accomplished executive and the Managing Director of the Human Capital practice at Exude, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Employee Benefits, Human Resources, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and Training & Development.1 He joined Exude in December 2020, focusing on the company's growth strategy, product innovation, and delivery excellence.12

Prior to joining Exude, Gallagher worked at Comcast for 19 years, where he focused on development strategies and workforce initiatives at Comcast Cable, and led business transformation at Comcast Spectacor.12 His experience also spans consulting, banking, higher education, and publishing industries.1

At Exude, Gallagher leads three core areas: Human Resources Consulting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Training & Development.1 From 2020 to 2022, he led Exude Human Capital through a two-year transformation, defining a new marketing strategy, growing the product portfolio, and tripling top-line revenue.2

Gallagher is also the Founder and CEO of Gallagher Leadership LLC, where he works on consulting, coaching, and development engagements with various clients.2 He is the author of "The Self-Aware Leader: A Proven Model for Reinventing Yourself," with all proceeds going to City Year.2

Academically, Gallagher holds a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University, where he also served as the official mascot, The Hawk.2 He is currently a Board of Trustees member at the university.2
