Dan Franks

Dan Franks is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who transitioned from public accounting to working with small business owners and entrepreneurs, with a passion for helping them organize their financial systems.

He ventured into the podcasting industry as the Business Manager for Midroll / Stitcher, collaborating with the CFO on various business aspects.

Dan also co-founded Podcast Movement in 2014, which has since expanded into a leading conference and trade show for the podcast industry, with him taking on the role of President full-time in 2018.

Under his leadership, Podcast Movement has evolved into a comprehensive media and education company, hosting major events like the annual Podcast Movement and the Evolutions event, in addition to distributing newsletters and providing valuable resources on PodcastMovement.com.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid supporter of University of North Texas sports.

He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas and has been involved in various organizations such as Bouré Event Studio, Card Party, event1013, Midroll Media, Earwolf Media, and Podcast Movement.
