Dan A. Everakes is an attorney in the Glendale office of Colman Law Group. Previously, he worked at the predecessor firms of Colman Macdonald Law Group LLP and  McDowell Shaw Colman and Garcia.  He graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego in 2000.

Prior to joining McDowell Shaw Colman & Garcia, Mr. Everakes spent three years practicing insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, property damage, and professional liability. He has handled matters from the inception to conclusion, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, bench trials and jury trials. He now focuses his practice on defense of personal injury claims, premises liability, automobile liability, contractor disputes involving homeowner water losses and related matters.
