Program Manager

•	Balancing scope, limited resources, and risk management, built and trained a team of 100+ Marines to execute a six-month logistics mission providing support to 10,000+ coalition forces in Afghanistan 
•	Successfully planned, monitored, and executed the turnover of a base and redeployment of 100+ U.S. forces from Afghanistan; led cross functional teams to manage risk and meet critical mission timelines
•	While executing base turnover project, concurrently planned and established an intermediate logistics hub in Kandahar, Afghanistan; worked closely with external organizations to allocate scarce resources

United States Marine Corps

Project Manager

•	Developed a training plan and led 29 Marines on a seven-month security mission in the Philippines; conducted continuous reviews of security procedures and adapted team operations to situational changes
