Dan Davis is the President of Mission Increase Foundation. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction, overseeing its growth initiatives, fostering partnerships, and supervising all operational functions. During his tenure, Mission Increase has significantly expanded its reach to operate in 46 communities spanning fifteen states, with the number of supported ministries growing from 750 to over 3,300.
Dan's journey with Mission Increase Foundation began in 2003 when he assumed the role of CFO, eventually transitioning to his current position in 2012. Prior to his time with the foundation, Dan held positions such as Assistant Controller at Pamplin Communications Corporation and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Medical Teams International.
Dan holds a BA in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University, where he also met his wife Megan. With more than three decades of marriage, they are proud parents of two grown children.
His areas of expertise include vision development, leadership, strategic planning, organizational capacity enhancement, leadership transitions, non-profit accounting, human resources, and information technology.
