Dan Baker is a seasoned professional with a background in outsourcing and talent acquisition. Serving as the Founder and Co-Founder of two Outsourcing Agencies, Dan connects US companies with bilingual, college-educated professionals from Latin America.

With Elevate Teams, Dan aids insurance agency owners in enhancing their businesses by providing pre-trained remote insurance assistants to handle back-office tasks and customer service. Meanwhile, Valatam supports growing enterprises by offering bilingual college-educated talent from Latin America.

Dan Baker's expertise stems from 5 years of in-house experience in Investment Brokers across various countries in the Americas, such as Mexico, the USA, Argentina, and Venezuela. Over the years, he ascended to the role of Outsourcing Director and National Manager of Coordinators, overseeing a team of 16 direct reports in 2015.

Educationally, Dan holds an Honours degree (2.1) in Economic, Social & Physical Geographies from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
