Dan Abbott

Dan Abbott, SPHR, is the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Silicon Labs. He has been in this role since July 2021 and is based in Austin, Texas. His career in talent acquisition includes leadership roles at several prominent companies. Before joining Silicon Labs, he worked at Google as a Talent Acquisition Leader for various divisions, including Search, Assistant, Ads, YouTube, Commerce & Geo, and Machine Learning & Embedded Software Engineering from 2018 to 2021. Prior to Google, he was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Benefits at zulily from 2017 to 2018. Abbott also held a significant position at Amazon as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Consumer Hardlines & Amazon Business from 2014 to 2016.1
