Damir's personal goal is to contribute to causes supporting gender and racial equality and give back to underprivileged youth. He supports the Bosana Foundation, which funds education for underprivileged youth in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Damir is also involved in creative projects such as Daily Consumer, Crowdsourced Reading List, Sharespace, and managing a Fantasy Premier League group.
At Goldman Sachs and Coatue Management, Damir worked as an analyst. Today, he wears the Index jersey, where transparency, mentorship, and deep insight are part of the firm's values, which Damir embodies. He is proud to have helped launch Index Origin, the dedicated seed fund of Index Ventures. As a venture capitalist, his mission is to partner with founders building products that will make an impact on millions of users. He invests from seed to growth stage and has a portfolio of founders he works closely.
