Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aleph Holding, a top digital ad representation company, Damian oversees innovative initiatives like Aleph Payments, a cross-border payment venture covering numerous territories and currencies.

Additionally, Damian is a Director at Patagonia Ventures, a seed investing firm with an impressive track record of successful exits, and at Fiera, a Venture Builder collaborating with entrepreneurs and corporations to launch new ventures.

His entrepreneurial journey includes founding multiple internet companies, three of which were acquired by major corporations like FOX and Demand Media, leading to key roles in global M&A and expansion strategies for these companies.
