Damian Synaysky

Damian Synaysky is the founder and director of the Center for Strategic Coaching and Psychotherapy, specializing in personal coaching and psychoanalysis for a diverse range of clients including politicians, entrepreneurs, officials, managers, adults, and teenagers.

With a method focused on transgradient coaching, Damian incorporates a convergent coaching model that integrates knowledge from various fields such as quantum physics, synergy, astrophysics, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, TRIZ technology, and methodology.

By helping clients transform their old perceptions, psychological settings, intellectual attitudes, and erroneous automatic reactions, Damian assists them in acquiring new authentic intellectual concepts, values, business competencies, worldviews, and perspectives within a short period of 3-6 months, leading to success in both business and personal life.

His core principles revolve around work, solutions, and results, aiming to facilitate significant positive changes in his clients' internal and external worlds.

Education-wise, Damian Synaysky has studied at the British University Business School, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Eastern European Institute of Psychoanalysis, and Moscow Financial and Legal Academy.
