Damian Sloan is a highly accomplished and experienced art director with a background in design and advertising.

He graduated as the top student from Wellington Polytechnic with a thesis focused on interpretations of Beat generation writers.

Damian has worked on numerous projects with Len Chesseman at Saatchi's Wellington and in various design agencies.

He has held exhibitions at a prestigious Wellington gallery and completed Ideas School (NZ AWARD) before venturing overseas.

In London, Damian worked in the type departments of renowned agencies, collaborating with top typographers like Roger Kennedy at Saatchi & Saatchi London.

His experience in high-pressure creative environments in advertising has shaped his perspective and fueled his passion for producing exceptional work.

Upon moving to Australia, Damian joined DDB Sydney as an Art Director where he created multiple TV commercials within a short period, showcasing his creative prowess.

He also spent time at Smart Sydney before its merger with McCann, gaining valuable experience at reputable agencies like Three Drunk Monkeys and JWT through freelancing.

Damian's work has received accolades at prestigious events such as Cannes, Clio, and New York Festivals, and has been recognized by the Fair Go Awards in New Zealand.

Notably, he holds an Irish passport, adding an international dimension to his professional profile.
