Damian Erangey

Damian Erangey is an experienced professional currently serving every aspect of the Nutanix XC business.

In his current role, as a member of the XC ET team, Damian works to overcome technical barriers in the Pre-Sales process and support Dell XC Engineering, User Experience, Product Management, and Technical Marketing.

Prior to his current position, Damian was involved in consultancy, engineering, support, and training activities within the HPE Software Defined and Cloud Group, focusing on the HPE SimpliVity ecosystem.

He has a strong background in HCI & Storage, working with a range of technologies such as Nutanix XC Appliance, HPE SimpliVity, HPE 3PAR, NetApp, EMC VNX, Dell Equallogic, and IBM v7000 series.

Damian also possesses extensive virtualization experience with AHV, ESX, Hyper-V, vSphere, SCVMM, and Azure, along with expertise in networking and storage networking technologies like Cisco Nexus, Brocade, and Aruba.

Furthermore, Damian has worked with HA, DR, and Data Backup technologies including VMware SRM, NetApp Snap Manager, Snap Mirror suite, and EMC Recover point.

He is a passionate technology communicator and technology blogger at Dell Technologies, showcasing his enthusiasm for designing solutions and convincing customers.

Additionally, Damian's educational background includes studies at Midleton College and a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Griffith College Cork.
