• Became a subject matter expert on procure-to-pay processes and controls and developed a working knowledge of enterprise financial systems (NetSuite, Anaplan, Planful, Concur) to provide strategic guidance and tactical support to over 250 global stakeholders.
• Served as a founding member and lead of Bird’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, LoveBirds, for its over 50 members to foster belonging, increase awareness and advocacy, and help guide diversity initiatives in recruitment, leadership, product development, and community outreach.
