He has worked with top-notch organizations like Avanade, IBM, Capgemini, and Ernst & Young, leading client engagements, developing global consulting practices, driving strategic sales, and creating high-performance teams. Dale's expertise lies in Enterprise Platforms from Microsoft and SAP, Digital Solutions, Cloud, Mobility, and Analytics, with a focus on Financial Services, Life Sciences, Communications & Media, and Transportation industries. Currently, as Avanade's North American Growth & Strategy Leader, Dale is responsible for orchestrating the company's go-to-market and execution across all Microsoft platforms, supporting strategic deals & clients, and integrating Avanade's capabilities with the Accenture Microsoft Business Group. Along with his professional work, Dale has a passion for the arts and serves as Vice President of The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, a non-profit youth leadership organization.
