Additionally, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout his career, Dale has held key leadership positions in prominent organizations. Currently, he serves as the Director of Aircraft and Manufacturing at Stratolaunch, where he oversees strategic operations and contributes to the advancement of cutting-edge aerospace technologies. Prior to his role at Stratolaunch, Dale gained extensive experience as the Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Scaled Composites, LLC, where he honed his skills in ensuring aircraft safety and operational efficiency.

Before joining Scaled Composites, Dale Stix held pivotal roles at XCOR Aerospace, including Director of Hangar Operations and Test Stand Engineer. His time at XCOR Aerospace provided him with vital experience in aerospace engineering and operations management. Additionally, Dale has a strong background in business operations, having served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Specialized Attorney Services, President of Pacific Airworks Group, Senior Vice President of Operations at Baysys West, and Manager of Flight Line at General Electric.
