Dale Schilling

Dale Schilling is the founder of Hillridge Technology, a company focused on assisting farmers in protecting their crops and livestock from extreme weather conditions by leveraging innovative solutions like weather data, crop modeling, and automated contracts.

Before establishing Hillridge, Dale held a prominent position as the global lead for mining operations at The Boston Consulting Group and gained valuable M&A experience in the oil and gas sector while working in Tokyo for Mitsui & Co Ltd, a significant Japanese trading house.

Dale's educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kyoto University. Additionally, Dale studied Japanese at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Hillridge Technology Pty Ltd, Dale Schilling has extensive experience in business development and operations showcased through past roles such as Associate Director at The Boston Consulting Group and various positions at Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
