Dale Lebsack is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the power industry. His expertise spans asset management, plant engineering and operations, project development, and environmental permitting. Since 2015, Dale has been at the helm of asset management and operations for various power generation portfolios owned by Talen Energy across the Northeast, Montana, and ERCOT regions. Prior to joining Talen Energy, Dale played a pivotal role in managing RJS Power's Sapphire portfolio for Topaz Power Management, LP (TPM). During his tenure at TPM, which spanned over a decade, he progressed through various roles, culminating in the position of VP, Engineering, where he oversaw the technical planning and permitting for TPM's power plant repowering projects in south Texas. Before that, Dale gained valuable plant-level experience with Duke Energy in Arizona and Entergy in Mississippi. Dale holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, having graduated in 1998.
