Dale Crane

Dale Crane is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in the technology and engineering sector. He has worked across multiple industries, including nuclear power, automotive, semiconductor test, and software development. With years of experience under his belt, Crane has built a reputation for his excellent communication, critical problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and process improvement abilities.

Crane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College and a Master's of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Portland State University. He also boasts several certifications, including PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP. At TriQuint Semiconductor, he led a project that developed a calendar application interfacing with a SQL Server database and utilizing a web front end. During his tenure at Jaguar Land Rover, he successfully scaled the Scrum process from a single team of five people to six teams of four to six people each within six months.
