Dal LaMagna is a prominent entrepreneur known for founding Tweezerman, a company famous for its high-quality beauty tools, particularly eyebrow tweezers. He started Tweezerman in 1984 with just $500 and successfully grew it into a lucrative business, selling it for $57 million in 2004, while ensuring that his employees shared in the profits.12

Currently, Dal serves as the CEO and Co-Managing Partner of IceStone, a company specializing in sustainable countertops made from recycled glass and cement. He took over the leadership of IceStone in 2012, after initially investing in the company in 2003. Under his guidance, IceStone has focused on empowering employees, promoting environmental sustainability, and developing innovative products, such as a non-cement version of their countertops called SpectrumStone Ice.123

In addition to his business ventures, Dal LaMagna has been active in social justice and political advocacy, having run for Congress multiple times and even for President in 2008.
