Daira Melendez

Daira Melendez is a recent Master of Public Health graduate specializing in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences. With a strong foundation in microbiology, bioinformatics, and environmental health, Daira has significant professional experience in clinical research, particularly in medical genetics and oncology.

Daira completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She furthered her education by pursuing a Master's degree in Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Washington School of Public Health, where she gained in-depth knowledge in this specialized field. Daira also engaged in a Study Abroad program focusing on Environmental Studies at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
