Dagmara Kulczykowska

Dagmara Kulczykowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as the Head of the Wills, Trusts, and Probate Department.

She is a respected full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (CoPPA), and the Law Society Private Client Section.

Dagmara has a wealth of knowledge in advising clients on various private client matters including estate planning, Inheritance Tax mitigation, obtaining Grants of Probate, drafting Wills, post-death administration, Declarations of Trust, and more.

Her expertise also extends to dealing with issues concerning the elderly, mental capacity, and the Court of Protection such as setting up Powers of Attorney, applications for Deputy appointments, Statutory Wills, and asset protection.

In addition to her professional commitments, Dagmara actively participates in providing legal advice to the elderly through Age UK clinics.

Currently, she holds the role of Partner and Head of Wills, Trusts, and Probate at the esteemed Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors LLP.
