Paul Sorkin is a seasoned Attorney, Investor, Advisor, Serial Entrepreneur, and Consultant with almost 30 years of experience working in various leadership positions. He has successfully started, invested in, and grown multiple companies over the years, taking private businesses through the public process. Sorkin has negotiated many joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers, and strategic partnerships. He offers valuable legal and business advice on almost all aspects of business through his vast network of experienced business professionals and advisors. One of his major achievements was helping a company grow from five employees to over 250, with revenue rising from $1 million to over $100 million in less than eight years. Sorkin recently launched "Perfect Balance Investments," a platform similar to Shark Tank, where he collaborates with a group of like-minded investors to help scaling businesses in the Angel, Seed, and Series A investment phases. He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
