Todd Clardy

Todd Clardy is the current Executive Vice President and General Manager at Accolade, focusing on building business relationships with mid-market employers and brokers to provide personalized advocacy solutions for improving employee health and reducing healthcare costs.

With a background in marketing, Todd has previously served as Accolade's EVP of Marketing, overseeing brand promotion and advocacy solutions for employers, consultants, and health plans. He also led product marketing and segmentation strategy as the Senior Vice President of Product Marketing.

Prior to joining Accolade, Todd Clardy spent over 18 years at Concur Technologies Inc., holding various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. He has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry with expertise in cloud-based technologies.

Todd Clardy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.
