Katie Hale, a global professional with a decade of experience, has worked with mission-driven organizations with a focus on community-led development, grassroots advocacy, and sustainable systems change. She was part of the executive leadership team at Mama Hope and was responsible for driving the 3x growth of their fellowship training program across 9 countries. Her expertise includes cross-sector partnerships, strategic initiatives, program design and evaluation, and managing cross-functional teams.
Katie studied Spanish Culture and Language Studies at the University of Minnesota, did her Master's Degree in human rights education at the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and International Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She started her career as an International Leadership Program Intern at World Chicago (Formerly International Visitors Center Chicago) and has experience working in various roles, including Senior Secondary English Teacher at Sunflower Trilingual School, Community Director at MobilePathways, and Visual Art Review Community at Awakenings Foundation, among others.
Currently working as the Principal Consultant at Katie Hale Strategic Consulting, she is recognized as a highly dynamic leader with demonstrated expertise in recruiting, program design and evaluation, and managing cross-functional teams.
