Katie Hale, a global professional with a decade of experience, has worked with mission-driven organizations with a focus on community-led development, grassroots advocacy, and sustainable systems change. She was part of the executive leadership team at Mama Hope and was responsible for driving the 3x growth of their fellowship training program across 9 countries. Her expertise includes cross-sector partnerships, strategic initiatives, program design and evaluation, and managing cross-functional teams.

Katie studied Spanish Culture and Language Studies at the University of Minnesota, did her Master's Degree in human rights education at the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and International Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
