Aishwary Sharma is an experienced business leader with a versatile skillset, including sales, marketing, strategy, and operations. After earning his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Aishwary worked for four years as a sales and marketing consultant at ZS Associates, where he provided services to US pharmaceutical companies. Later, he pursued an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Indian School of Business.

Currently, Aishwary is leading a 78-member team as Credit at Udaan.com. His job involves data analytics and business consulting with a focus on increasing profitability and revenue for more than 250 car dealerships in India. Aishwary's expertise in driving sales, product strategy and road maps, and developing BD initiatives has made him an asset to any organization he works within.

As former VP Business Operations and an Associate Vice President at Autoninja, Aishwary was responsible for driving operations across all business units, devising overall business strategies, and owning the P&L responsibility of the firm. He also worked on sales leadership and helped them develop compelling business cases.
