Kiel Berry is an impressive entrepreneur and venture capitalist with vast experience in ESG and ClimateTech investments. He is the founder and managing partner of Mission One Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage startups. Kiel started his career at JPMorgan Investment Banking as a financial analyst before moving to Creative Artists Agency and then to Viacom, where he served as Vice President. He then became the Executive Vice President of Machine Shop Ventures, the investment arm of the Grammy-award-winning music group Linkin Park. While at Machine Shop Ventures, he led investments in companies such as Lyft, Robinhood, Impossible Foods, and Blue Bottle Coffee.

Kiel is also a two-time TEDx keynote speaker and has served as a mentor for Techstars and MIT Startup Accelerator. He was appointed to the Technology Advisory Boards for New York City and Delta Airlines and was a member of the Advisory Council at Mayor's Office of Tech + Innovation at City of New York.

Kiel's professional journey began with his international education. He studied at the American School of Paris and received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Kiel also studied at the Harvard Business School and the University College London. He is a husband, dad, and vegan triathlete that has a passion for startups and early-stage investments.
