He created Diamond Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in early-stage businesses and assists in scaling promising ventures. Peter is an expert in low-cost manufacturing and distribution processes and has a talent for developing strong management teams. He excels in bringing parties together to collaborate and find common ground, and he is skilled at re-evaluating strategies to adapt to changing markets and consumer needs. He is a strategic thinker and an active member of the Young Presidents Organization's Philadelphia Chapter for more than two decades.
