Kathleen joined JEGI as Managing Director in 2017. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory across the business-to-business and consumer media, events, information, and marketing services sectors, with expertise in content and information, trade shows/conferences/events, marketing solutions, and the tech-enabled and outsourced services that support these businesses.

Prior to joining JEGI, Kathleen served as a Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners (f.k.a. Redwood Capital). Before that, she built, and led for 12 years, the media, events and marketing services practice at Berkery Noyes.  She began her career at VSS (Veronis Suhler Stevenson) where she served for nine years, eventually heading the B2B media & events practice. 

Kathleen has been instrumental in the successful completion of more than 100 transactions, including deals involving Informa, Thomson Reuters, Euromoney, Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, Emerald Expositions, PSAV, Clarion, and many other prominent organizations, private equity funds and founders.
