JD's journey in the healthcare industry began with his studies in Civil/Environmental Engineering at Villanova University. After which he held various positions such as Environmental Engineer at VHB, Graduate Engineer at Tighe & Bond, Product Manager at SEER Technology, Direct and Channel Sales Manager at Zane Benefits, Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Business Development, and currently serves as the VP of Market Development at PeopleKeep.

JD has deep expertise in compliance with healthcare regulations and specializes in QSEHRA, ICHRA, Group coverage (integrated) HRAs, and Standalone HRAs. He is a strong believer in healthy habits around personal finance and aims to leverage technology to make benefits accessible to everyone.
