Trista Taylor is an accomplished organizational development and learning and development professional. With over a decade of experience at Google, Trista has become an expert in team development, helping teams build awareness about how they're currently working together and building a shared understanding for how to improve team dynamics. Her work has helped teams improve psychological safety, connection and belonging, cohesion and trust, clarity around goals, roles, and processes, communication and decision-making, execution and accountability. Trista is the founder and CEO of Regroup, where she helps innovative companies build thriving teams at scale. Prior to founding Regroup, Trista built and led Google's global Team Development strategy and initiatives to help all teams accelerate and get unstuck. She studied MS and Master's of Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and BA in Business Management, Human Resources from Western Washington University.
