Christopher Williams is a highly respected corporate/commercial solicitor with a great deal of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, labor and employment matters, and litigation disputes in the UAE. He is the Managing Partner at Bracewell LLP's Dubai office and has been recognized by sources such as Chambers Global and The Legal 500 for his deep knowledge of the Middle East and his exceptional ability to provide effective legal counsel to clients doing business in the region. Williams has worked with a wide range of businesses, from defense contractors and energy sector corporates to not-for-profit organizations and media companies, and has particular expertise advising clients throughout the Middle East on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He studied at the University of Liverpool and the College of Law Chester before joining KJD Solicitors as a trainee solicitor. After stints at DLA Piper UK LLP and DLA Piper Middle East LLP as an assistant solicitor and senior legal consultant, respectively, he joined Bracewell LLP as an Associate before being promoted to his current role.
