Justinas Pagirys is a seasoned expert in mobility, sustainability, economic development, and growth. He is a graduate of National University of Singapore where he earned his Masters in Public Policy and Vilniaus Universitetas where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He has held various leadership roles that include Commercial Director, EMEA at UBCO - Utility Electric Vehicles, Co-Founder, and CEO at NEEMATIC, Country Manager - Sweden at Enterprise Lithuania, Director - Business Development at Invest Lithuania, and held a faculty position as a lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics as well as Senior Investment Advisor at Invest Lithuania. Justinas thrives in roles where he can work towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 13, 12, and 11. His current work with UBCO allows him to contribute towards building the future of mobility with electric utility and adventure bikes from New Zealand.
