Eric Poupon is a Senior Director at Cigna Healthcare where he leads two portfolio programs that aim to improve growth and retention targets for US Commercial business by streamlining CRM processes. With over two decades of experience in the field of CRM, software and data architecture, DevOps scalability, availability, maintenance, and security, Eric specializes in CRM strategy, client relations, and mentoring team members.

Having previously worked as a Program Director of Enterprise Information Management Group and Senior Program Manager at Gartner, Eric has led cross-functional teams of over a hundred and has managed P&L for $20M programs. His most recent achievement involved directing ten teams in launching a new care product in the healthcare market, where his team built one of the company's first agile programs within twelve months of launch. His leadership skills, coupled with his technical expertise, have proved valuable in driving technology team direction, business capabilities, and communicating and socializing technology team ideas.
