Frank Flocco is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience in talent and organization development. He is a highly skilled and certified professional with an exceptional ability to translate complexity into simplicity. Flocco is a lifelong learner and is dedicated to helping people perform their best. He holds degrees in Secondary Education from Rhode Island College and has attained certifications as a Brain-Based Coach, MBTI practitioner, Emotional Intelligence practitioner, SDI practitioner, Crucial Conversations, and Accountability facilitator.
Throughout his career, Flocco has held various roles, including Learning and Development Specialist at Roche Molecular Solutions. He has also served as an HR Lead Analyst in Education, Training and Development at the City of Tucson, and a Senior Technical Instructor at OpenText. Additionally, Flocco worked as an E-Learning Developer and Publications Specialist at ACS, and as an English Teacher at Fenster School.
Currently, he serves as the Talent and Organization Development Principal at Roche Molecular Solutions. Flocco is a certified LCP practitioner and has a well-rounded background that makes him an ideal partner for any organization interested in developing their people, improving their organizational culture, and increasing productivity.
